Shipping & Delivery

Due to the current Brexit requirements, we are unable to ship Retail orders to EU countries.

Please note that local taxes and import clearance costs may need to be paid to the delivery company or their driver when receiving the goods. This will apply to EU countries as the UK is now outside of the union as of January 1st 2021.

U.K. Retail Customers: Postage charges – Order values up to £9.99: £3.99, £10.00 to £19.99: £4.99, £20.00 to £35.99: £5.99, £36.00 to £49.99: £8.99. Orders £50.00 and above are posted free of charge.

Overseas Customers: An approximate cost is added at checkout, but actual charges will be notified once the best shipping rates have been calculated, when the goods are packed and you will be given the option of accepting them and paying any extras or cancelling the order for a full refund.

Your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties. Please note that Mad Beauty is not responsible for these costs, and they may need to be paid locally. In the event that the goods are returned to us if not paid, we reserve the right to only refund the cost of the goods, and any costs for shipping, taxes or returns will be deducted.


Refunds and Exchanges Policy

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds and exchanges are available under the following conditions:

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

If we made an error and sent you the wrong, defective, or damaged product, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process the exchange and ship your replacement. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item for other reasons, you will need to send it back to us at your own expense. Upon receiving the item, you will have the following options:

• Receive a full refund, including the original postage and handling charges, credited to the original payment method.
• Exchange the item for another product of equal value.
• Use the value of the returned item toward a product of higher value, paying the difference.
